The menu structure was easy to follow but took longer than I expected due to the time required for authentication. Since I had account information, eliminating the step "if you know your account number" and asking for the number immediately would help speed up the process.

The automated system is not as user-friendly or efficient as I expected. I did not know right away whether I could get the amount of my last payment until I'd gone through all of the authentication requests.

The main voice is fine, but delivery is below par for several reasons. Pacing is slightly faster than I prefer, and there's background noise at the beginning of the recording up to the phrase, "We offer a number of convenient automated payment options..." The biggest problem, however, is that the first voice is obviously a person but the second--the one that repeats authentication entries and gives account information--is just too robotic. Replacing the latter voice with either a person or more pleasant automated voice would greatly improve the overall experience.
