This scenario involves two different tasks. 1. You still haven’t paid your utility bill after receiving warnings that your power will be turned off if you don’t pay. You want to call your utility and find out whether and when your power is going to be turned off. 2. Once your power is turned off due to nonpayment, you want to find out how to have your power turned back on.

I navigated all over the place on this IVR, and the closest I could find to my task is "to reconnect service," which was found in the start, stop, and transfer section of the IVR. I am not sure if this option is in fact the right one, as it sounds more like a moving option like transferring my service. I wouldn't really know unless I talked to the CSR. If it is the right one, that's a highly illogical placement for this feature, and I would recommend moving it.
