I found it very easy to get to what I wanted--payment arrangements--using this IVR. The options presented were logically ordered, and progression through the IVR was easy.

Payment arrangement options were presented early in this IVR, allowing me to proceed to my desired goal quickly. Options made sense and were logically presented. Prompt wording was succinct and clear, facilitating effective results and allowing me to access the information I was looking for. However, I wish the IVR would have told me why I wasn't eligible for a payment arrangement. This was a minor issue though, as I was given the option to speak to a person if I wanted.
