I found it a little bit confusing that a prompt "To make an appointment" resulted in a secondary choice: only "For appointment status." The only path for actually making an appointment seemed to be a locate service call. If I want to have a service call for any other reason, maybe the prompt could be just "For service appointments" to convey both checking status and making appointments. However, after authentication I was not offered a choice to speak to a CSR, so I'm not really sure I could set up an appointment in this path.
