Overall the automated system is very good, but I did wonder whether "billing inquiries" would get me to account balance (it did). To eliminate that uncertainty, I would prefer that "account information" be added to the third option on the main menu.

The IVR worked as I expected, with options presented in a logical order. I also liked that the option to “press or say” was established at the beginning of the call, making it easier to navigate through all the menus. After providing authentication, I was given the account balance immediately; but the number of items needed for authentication could be fewer--perhaps just the account number and name (no zip code).
