This scenario involves two different tasks. 1. You still haven’t paid your utility bill after receiving warnings that your power will be turned off if you don’t pay. You want to call your utility and find out whether and when your power is going to be turned off. 2. Once your power is turned off due to non-payment, you want to find out how to have your power turned back on. Off Navigation Anonymous After going through the menu options several times I was not able to select any option that allowed me to get information about when my power would be disconnected or when my power would be turned back on. I thought that it might be under the menu about notifying my payment would be late and hopefully find out when my power is going to be turned off but it was not. I tried going through the start/stop service menu but wasn't able to find an option about when my account power would be turned off or if I could turn it back on through this menu option either. I was then transferred to a CSR so I couldn't tell what would've happened. 210259
