Everything about the menus or sub menus was quite nice and very logical. It had a lot of contents and information. That is why I could find everything at the first attempt. There were not any confusion navigating myself through the menus. Great experience! 210235 Functionality 3 The IVR made everything very simple because it worked great as it is supposed to. Everything was accurate. There was one thing I did not like, that was during the authentication, the IVR asked for my street address. I found it a little bit weird. I would like the utility to opt out this option of authentication, only to ask account number. It made no sense for me to have this feature. And I had to wait for quite a while during the call for the IVR to move on to the next authentication. Not a bad experience after all. 210235 Delivery 5 I liked the IVR's female voice a lot.
