I liked that it was easily identified before entering the option, but as great as that was, I think the total wording is a bit too long for this option. I feel as if it's splitting hairs, but with only 4 main menu options, I would rather have 6 options (adding service appointments and energy saving programs as their own options) and having "All other matters" move to an Option 6. 210234 Functionality 4 I thought this was a very accommodating system!
