I was able to accomplish my task within 3 minutes of making my first call to this utility. Option selections were well phrased, made sense and logical. I was able to progress through the IVR with ease and efficiency.

Speech recognition feature failed to pick up or activate even though I used clear and forceful voice. Authentication was marred by first asking for a street number and, presumably, as I wasn't calling from the phone listed for the account, entering a street number did nothing toward authentication or moving to my desired outcome. Attempts to enter account number using speech recognition feature also failed raising the question, why have speech recognition features if they don't work?

Female narrator's voice was professional, human and very well paced with a hit of immediacy . I liked that this narrator's delivery didn't sound phony or affected. It was natural, up-beat, and accommodating.
