Navigation was not too difficult or very easy: I found the option for "appliance sales and services" on the first submenu. The options were logically placed and clear and easy to understand. However, this option is too specific, and I might need other services done at home such as tree trimming. So, I was expecting to find an option for services in general with submenus for different types. This made me call the utility a second time to try other options.

Once I located the option close to what I had been looking for (service request), the IVR functioned pretty well in the sense that it transferred me to an agent. The IVR also provided me with an approximate wait time during my hold. This was a nice feature. I have a couple of suggestions: Include a call-back option if the wait is considerably long, and improve the IVR to handle service requests automatically rather than speaking to an agent.
