Getting to Billing and Payment Matters is logical and easy. Menu titles are provided for each new menu. Selections within the Billing and Payment Matters menu are provided with some explanations, but nothing clearly stating, "confirm last payment" is offered in either the Balance or Payment Arrangement selections. I was confused as to which to select, so I went with Payment Arrangement. Authentication information requests were simple and clear, allowing me to continue without repeating.

I was confused as to where I could confirm "last payment received." Within the Billing and Payment menu, balance information is provided and the selection prompt states only, "to hear current balance and due date." Not hearing a prompt to "confirm last payment received" I proceeded with payment arrangements thinking it might recap my current account arrangements and/or activity. It did not provide recent account activity or dates along with the last payment I made, as I was expecting.
