Navigation was easy as I found my option without any difficulty. The options were clear enough to understand and progressed logically. The wordings were sensible. I felt assured that I would be able to accomplish my task with the authentication information available to me. I liked this IVR and it was a very nice experience.

This IVR functioned extremely well. After I made my selection and authenticated my account, I was given the balance amount and due date. It also provided the last payment and next bill date. These pieces of information were really useful in deciding the amount I wanted to pay. Further, the payment agency, when I was transferred, provided the accepted methods of payment, the fee associated with the service, and the amount I wanted to pay. This was a really nice experience and this IVR seemed to be greatly structured and very efficient.

There was consistent female voice in the IVR, that was pleasant, clear, and evenly paced. I had no difficulty understanding this IVR.
