I was not able to locate an option for this task. First I tried the "For Billing and Payment Matters" from the main menu. Neither "Payment Arrangements" nor "For All Other Billing and Payment Matters" applied from the submenu. I also tried "For All Other Matters" at the main menu, but the option was not located here either.
