It was easy to find the option to make a payment using this IVR. I appreciated being able to locate my desired option in less than a minute.

A couple of frustrating things happened while attempting to make a payment: 1) The IVR told me I didn't have a payment currently due on the account, but still let me transfer to the E Pay Preferred Bill Payment Center, making me wonder if I would actually be able to make a payment or if that payment would even get reflected on my account; 2) I entered my account number in both the Idaho Power IVR and again in the Bill Payment Center. I found this redundancy annoying. Furthermore, I didn't like having to verify that my account number was correct. I wish the IVR was smart enough to know that it was correct.

Delivery was good. I liked the tone of voice, pace, and options. I did not like the tone of voice and the pace was very slow when I was transferred to the E Pay service.
