I couldn't accomplish this task within the IVR and ended up being redirected to a representative. After the welcome, I was asked my customer type. I selected residential and was taken to the main menu. From here I listened to all of the options but nothing about service requests or appointments was included so I chose "All other matters." This menu included options on getting help with the website or mobile site, learning about energy and savings info, getting a copy of my bill, or getting my next meter reading date, which were not relevant to me so I selected the last option, "For anything else." This sent me to a representative. To speak to a rep, I was given the option to input my account number ahead of time, though this wasn't required. I didn't have to wait on hold at all and was immediately connected, which was nice.
