This task can be accomplished but not by any direct means. It seems like you can only get to a rep by default, when you've exhausted all the options on the IVR. I listened to all menus in full and there was no choice anywhere to "speak with a representative." However, when I did finally get myself transferred to the call center, I didn't have to wait on hold at all, which was great.

Not easy to accomplish this task. Felt like I had to listen to everything in the IVR before I could get to a rep. The on-hold experience was painless though, and I liked that I could put in my account information before speaking with someone, but if I didn't I wasn't held up at all.

The voice was clear and was easy to understand. It was mostly consistent. However, on the "all other matters" menu, someone different spoke the option for "web, mobile web, or password support." It wasn't extremely noticeable, but it seemed like maybe that option was added after the IVR was around for awhile and the original voice wasn't available anymore. I actually liked the second voice a bit better because it was a little warmer and friendlier-sounding to me.
