It was extremely simple to find the information I needed. No extraneous menu options were selected, and everything made sense to me during the call. I did think it was weird that the menu option I chose included duplicate bill. I think this could be eliminated. But overall, good experience!

This IVR was very straightforward. Each selection I made was clear, and the IVR understood my selections. It was very responsive and easy to use. I will say that I found it strange that I wasn't provided the option to make a payment after I heard the information I was looking for, but it does make sense that the option wouldn't be offered if my balance is zero.

The voice on this IVR was very clear and spoke at a nice pace. It did sound more robotic to me than I'd like, and I think speeding up the pace just a bit would improve my experience.
