You want to contact your utility and have someone come and accomplish a service at your home. You want to either set up a time when someone can complete the service or check the status of a service that you have already scheduled. Off Navigation Anonymous I went over the menu twice and did not find any menu option that allowed me to schedule a service or check the status of a previously scheduled service (other than stop, start, or transfer a service.) I also tried the "South Jersey Energy Service Plus" option from the main menu as a last resort. I found this menu option to be particularly frustrating. It wasn't clear to me what energy service plus was and whether selecting this option would actually allow me to schedule or check the status of a service. I don't think it would have. It was annoying to listen through unsettling messages like "service plus is not regulated by the NJ board of public utilities," only to have the IVR require me to call another number and then ultimately hang up on me. 210836
