When I started the call, I was really happy when I heard there was an option to connect with customer service. However, on selecting that option, there were just additional options provided with no way to connect to the customer service representative directly. After going back and forth a little, I heard the option to press "0" to reach the representative. It would be less frustrating to reach the representative sooner if the option to press "0" were provided in the menu for connecting with customer service.

I felt that different options were provided when I came back to the main menu, which really confused me. However, I liked that every few seconds there was a message to check whether I was still connected (i.e., "Are you still there?").

The voice sounded nice and was easy to understand, though it kept breaking up. The voice that checked whether I was still connected sounded different and creepy from the usual voice providing the menu. That creepy voice and message could be changed to something more friendly or funny.
