You want to find out the current balance on your account. Off Navigation 3 This was pretty easy to accomplish, though I feel like getting to the end point could be streamlined. It took a long time to get to my balance. It was kind of annoying that I had to input my account number, have it read back to me, confirm it was correct, then get put on hold while I assume the system checks it's correct. All of this bogged down the process quite a bit. Maybe don't have me confirm it or find a way to eliminate the on-hold portion? I also thought three menus (language, main menu, customer service menu) was a bit excessive to accomplish such a simple task. This is something I would expect to be able to access from the very first menu I encountered. 210834 Functionality 3 The steps were logical. The main menu is a little confusing, and I'm not all that sure it even needs to exist. It seems like it could be combined with the customer service menu since the options I was given on that menu were the options I expected to hear up front. When I got put on hold after entering my account number, I thought I was being taken to a person, which didn't make any sense. When this didn't happen, I was annoyed and confused as to why I was made to wait. 210834 Delivery 4 The delivery was clear and the pacing was easy to understand. It was mainly consistent, though another voice read back my account number and told me my account information. There was also a male voice in the on-hold messaging.
