This was very straightforward to find. It was the first choice on the payment options menu and having it on that menu made a lot of sense for me. At first, my balance was zero and I didn't have an option to pay my bill. But that made sense to me. I called back and was able to evaluate the whole process.
However, while I do think that this task was simple, it took a bit longer to get to my final destination than I was expecting. The steps for account verification and the option for adding my phone number ate up some time, as well as several jarring periods of complete silence. 211202 Functionality 3 I think this was fairly easy to accomplish. I really liked that my credit card information was saved and that it was a smooth transition to the Bill Matrix line. I was a little disappointed that I had to pay a fee, but at least I could pay without speaking to someone. My main quibble was the constant switching from a “press 1” format to a voice-prompted format. The lack of consistency made this an odd experience overall. Also, the gaps of silence were off-putting and with the random use of voice recognition, I got confused a couple of times on whether I should speak or wait for a menu. 211202 Delivery 4 The voice was consistent throughout and I had no difficulties understanding her. I thought the menu options were clear and the pacing of the speaking was good. Just get rid of some of the awkward pauses and this would be perfect. For example, when the IVR said, “I’ll need to look up your account,” the line was silent for four or five seconds before I was given any information on what to do next. 211202
