I have no idea if the IVR understood my prompt, given the restrictiveness of the rest of the IVR. I tried a second time and tried saying “service” at the “more options” menu. This prompted them to list out additional options, though nothing relevant came up and I was again directed to customer service. I tried once more with “make an appointment” and was sent to a call rep. Ultimately, I do not believe I found an option for my task. 211198
