It was fairly easy to complete my task. I did have to enter incorrect options twice before I could speak to an agent, and I would have preferred an option to speak to an agent after the first menu. However, it was still fairly quick to complete my task. I was able to speak to an agent on my first call, and while it wasn't as quick as it could have been, it was still a relatively painless process.

This was not the most intuitive task, as there was no direct option to speak to an agent. I had to press an incorrect key on my keypad for anything to happen. Eventually I was given the option of speaking to an agent, which was the point of my call, but it didn't really function the way I would want.

I found the tone of the voice a little grating, mostly because the intonation and slow speed of the voice made it seem to me as though I was being talked down to. Especially when I first intentionally entered an incorrect option and the system repeated the previous options. That being said, I had no issues understanding the IVR, and the pacing gave me more than enough time to select my option.
