You want to enroll in a payment or billing program. Off Navigation Anonymous I listened to the intro messaging about scams and call monitoring, went to main menu, and selected option 2: "residential customer service." On the customer service menu, I didn't really hear anything that seemed like it would take me to the right place, but chose option 1 for make a payment, etc. I entered my account number and confirmed my house number. The payment menu only gave me three options: make a payment, get billing information, or extend my due date. I selected option 2, "get billing information," but this only gave me my balance and information about my last payment, and repeated the options for make a payment and extend due date. It also gave an option "for all other customer service questions," which took me to a representative after a short hold.

I feel like the menu options were pretty limited to the point where I don't think I went to the wrong place. (The customer service menu only has a payment-related option, a moving option, and a speak to a representative option). I assume I have to talk to someone or go to the website to enroll in any programs. 211930
