It was easy to navigate to finding out my current balance. However, it would be nice in the billing menu to specify what information I'll receive when I choose billing information because as it stands now, it's not clear. It might also be nice for the IVR to ask or give more options for billing options such as would you like to find out info about your last payment or would to like to find out your current balance, etc.

While this was pretty user-friendly, it seemed like I had to go through several menu choices to get my account balance. Also, why did I have to input both my phone or account number and then my street address? Shouldn't one be enough? I appreciated that I was told both what I currently owe and when it's due, but I didn't necessarily need my previous payment information too.

The pace and tone of the voice was good. But the IVR should be only female or male as it's weird to me listening to a female and then suddenly have a male read a message.
