It took me around three minutes to complete my task, which seems too long. The path I took was correct and seemed logical, but just took too long. Also, my most recent payment was part of billing information but I was not sure that I would get this information since it first told me my current balance.

Since I didn't know what was included in billing options, I felt like I was guessing what I should choose. Billing options should be explained more as to what is included in this menu. This would make the IVR more user-friendly.

I liked the female's voice as she didn't speak too fast or too slow and sounded friendly, but professional. It was a bit jarring to all of a sudden hear the male's voice about scammers.
