This scenario involves two different tasks. 1. You still haven’t paid your utility bill after receiving warnings that your power will be turned off if you don’t pay. You want to call your utility and find out whether and when your power is going to be turned off. 2. Once your power is turned off due to non-payment, you want to find out how to have your power turned back on.

It was fairly intuitive to choose "power problem" to get to the "disconnected for non-payment" option on level three of the menu. I do wish the menu options were more concise so I didn't have to go through 3 menus before hearing what I need.

While I wasn't able to find the needed information of when my power would be turned back on due to non-payment since my power hasn't actually been cut, I surmise that this would be the location to find this out. I do wish though that no matter my circumstance, the IVR offered information on how many days after non-payment my power would be turned off and what the process is for turning power back on after it's been shut off.
