Very easy. "Make a payment" was on the second level after selecting "residential." Once I indicated I wanted to make a payment, I was presented with multiple options to pay in my chosen manner (bank account, credit, debit, etc).

Very easy. IVR picked up my voice command on the first try for each command. IVR was clear that payment would be processed by Western Union and it also mentions what additional information will be charged by Western Union. It mentions that "any processing fee will be charged" but not what that fee is. I wish the actual fee was included here as it may make me look at different payment options to see if I can pay without any fees.

I thought the delivery overall was really good. While the pacing was consistent, it was a little quick. I appreciated that there was one male voice throughout.
