I didn't really find anything for payment programs besides payment extensions. I was hoping the make a payment menu option would have something in there like paperless billing or autopay enrollment. The projected bill amount was a nice feature, though not actually program. Budget billing wasn't too difficult to find, though I was unsure where to go from the main menu and ended up in the wrong place. I thought make a payment might have some payment programs but didn't hear anything. Once in Balance and Billing, I also didn't hear anything in the first menu that was helpful for me but "more options" gave me an option for budget billing. I thought the info in this was good but it was really long to listen through just to find out I had to talk with a rep or go online to actually enroll.

I felt a little lost with this task. It wasn't all that clear where I would encounter payment and billing programs and felt like I was guessing where I was going most of the time. It would be nice to be able to actually enroll in budget billing in the IVR, especially after listening through a 75 second description of the program. I was okay with speaking to a rep but it was a little odd that I got a full description of the program and was then told I could go online or speak with a rep to actually participate. I did really like the projected bill amount feature, even if it's not a program. It was cool that I could get an estimate based on a meter reading from today and that I got weather information as well.
