I feel like I found this by accident. I didn't find what I wanted on any of the menus so I just said what I wanted instead and it seemed to work. I would have liked it to be a little more clear that I was going to talk with a rep (ie. an actual menu option). Also, I wasn't able to confirm I was being taken to a rep since I had to authenticate to do so.

This wasn't a clear option in the IVR and I got there by guessing. The voice recognition seemed pretty good so I thought it might listen to me when I said representative and was glad that it did. I felt like all the menu options were pretty clear, there just wasn't an option for connecting to a representative.

Delivery was good. The male voice was easy to understand and didn't talk too fast.
