Reporting an outage was not immediately available as an option. Level two of the menu presented me with the option of "power problem." Then, on the third level, I had seven options including "report an outage." After indicating I wished to report an outage, I was then asked on the fourth level (59sec in) to authenticate. This wasn't an ideal experience as I wish this was an option on the first or even second menu rather than on the third as it would save me time.

Options presented to me were intuitive. I had the option of using standard speech recognition and if my voice wasn't recognized, the system allowed me to use a touchstone system, which I appreciated. However, I didn't like that my voice wasn't recognized the first time and I had to listen to the options again so I could press the correct number.

The IVR voice was consistent and clear. The pacing was quicker than I expected and it was difficult to keep track of all of the options presented to me, particularly on level three when I was given seven different options to select from.
