You want to pay your current bill. Off Navigation 3 Navigation wasn’t terrible, but the options were not always clear. For example “To enter a specific payment amount” seemed odd. I liked the option to choose what I am paying, but I think an additional option to pay the entire bill would be best. I also was unsure of when the next payment was due and if my last payment went through, so I would be hesitant to pay my bill again if they did not receive my past payment. I would like this information to be presented before they just ask me to pay. 212818 Functionality 3 The functionality was not as great as I would have liked because I did not feel like the IVR gave me enough information concerning my bill. I did appreciate that the IVR took me to the correct places and I did not have to speak to the IVR. I did like that I could look up my account, my phone number, or account number. Also they ask me how much I want to pay before they tell me ways I can pay (like credit card or bank account), and I would prefer they give me options on how I can pay and fees before I even start the process. 212818 Delivery 2 The male voice needs to be updated. He sounded very off and his tone and pacing made him difficult to understand. He also took a very long time to awkwardly read back my account number and address which was annoying. I also would prefer if the voice was consistent throughout all the IVR. 212818
