When I dialed in the first time, I listened through the main menu and didn’t really hear anything I thought was relevant to payment and billing options. I hit option “6” for more options which gave me some choices that were even less relevant. Unfortunately there was no way to get back to the original menu so I had to listen to the More Options menu twice before the IVR hung up on me. The second time I dialed in, I chose "Make a payment or answer billing questions" on the main menu to see if there was anything relevant there. Nope. I could make a payment, hear my account status, or reset my pin or phone number (which don’t seem relevant to a payment menu at all). At this point I hung up. If I were a real customer I would have hung up, dialed in again, then opted to speak with customer service.
