It was easy to navigate because tree trimming was on the main menu. I assume I went straight to a customer service rep once the call went to a ringtone and that they would be able to schedule tree trimming, however, I can’t be sure. I called again to see if any other service options were available such as fixing a broken meter or checking for electrical wires before digging. I could not find an answer to these options. For this I selected Engineering and Operations. After selecting Operations, I was sent to a phone line. I am not sure if Operations deals with these types of service calls or not. If not, the only other option would have been to talk to a customer service rep.

I was able to get to a person fairly quickly. However, it does not appear I could have scheduled a tree trimming or any other service just using the IVR. I wish the IVR was more clear as to the process of scheduling service rather than sending me directly to a representative. Also the IVR did not verify my address or phone number which is something the live agent would probably have to do that could have been done by the IVR.

The voice was female throughout the process and easy to understand. It cut in and out a few times. Not sure if that was on my end or theirs.
