You want to contact your utility to report a power outage or a gas leak. Off Navigation 1 At first I thought it would be easy to report an outage because that was the first option, but then the next option repeated the same exact thing. I selected “1” again and then was asked for information to look up my “information,” which was super confusing because I thought I was reporting an outage. I thought I clicked the wrong option at first, but I was definitely correct. But I have no idea what “information” they were trying to look up. Maybe they need my account number or phone number to report an outage? But I would prefer they explain that to me and then ask for account info rather than assuming I don’t have it and need to look it up. I also could not click any button to go back to the main menu or to talk to a representative which was frustrating. At this point the navigation made no sense and I had zero hope of reporting an outage without talking to someone. 212811 Functionality 2 Using the IVR was not difficult, but I did not feel confident I could achieve my task after I was given a repeat menu option and then asked for information with no explanation. Overall I needed more explanation and options for the functionality to be acceptable. 212811 Delivery 4 The woman was what I would expect for IVR, but when I pressed the “1” button the first time, there was this brief weird male mumble before the woman spoke again. 212811
