I went through first the "my account" menu option in which the IVR told me I had an overdue payment and the amount, but there were no options for finding out when or if my power was going to be turned off. I had to return to the main menu and then select "credit options for past due payments," which is not really what I want anyways, but at least I was transferred to a representative. I am assuming that the representative would help me figure this out, although I am pretty embarrassed that I have to speak to a representative about turning on and off my power because I can't afford to pay my bill.
