It was really easy to get to the pay my bill option as it was the second choice in the Electric Power Account menu. I appreciate how fast that was.

While this was easy to find, I expected to be able to actually pay my bill via the IVR rather than being directly transferred to a representative. It seems like something that would be easy to do entirely on the IVR rather than making me speak to a representative.
