The first time, I tried general information since I didn't hear anything even remotely similar to moving. General information is a very long bombardment of information about EPB locations including times open, address, and what you can do there. I couldn't return to the main menu mid-message and it went on for over a minute and half before I got frustrated and hung up. The general information menu option is far too long. At the very least it should allow you to return to the main menu mid-message by hitting "*" - the IVR informed me I could hit "*" at anytime and hear the menu again but this was not true. For my second attempt, I chose "other items or speak to a representative", however this only takes you to a representative so I hung up here and assumed moving activities require human interaction. I wish that moving was an option at least mentioned on the IVR even if it takes me to a representative because at least that way, I know the rep can help me with this. 214065
