While there were options to hear about current account information and to pay a bill there was not an option to learn about different payment or billing options. Selecting the other items or to speak to a customer service rep resulted in being transferred to a service rep directly and didn't expand into more menu items. I wish there was an option to hear about other payment and billing options that are available to me. 214063
