Through the IVR it was very easy to go through the menu to select the option to speak with a customer service rep. The menu wasn’t too long and I thought it made sense to list options that could take place in the IVR first before giving the option to talk with a service rep. Overall I was satisfied with the navigation.

I found it easy to go through the IVR to reach someone to talk with. Selecting the option was responsive to what I wanted. I was prompted the option to complete a survey after the call and then I was transferred and put on hold.

I found the voice to be clear and consistent throughout the call. The pacing was easy to follow along with. After being transferred I was put on hold and music started to play which was nice.
