It was fairly straight forward to get to the initial option about reporting an outage. Although it would have been nice for this option to be listed higher up in the list, such as 1 or 2 instead of 4. I am in an emergency situation, I don't want to listen to all of your menu options. Once selecting Power Outage there were a ton of other options to select before I felt I had actually reported the outage which is not ideal especially since I am probably calling from my cell phone since the power is out and I do not know how much battery I have left on my cell phone as I am also probably going to call my family. I liked that there were different power options to select such as Experiencing total loss of power, vs Reporting a hazardous condition or Speaking to a representative. I also liked that they had different options for finding my account (account number, current phone number, other phone number etc) I had a lot of extra menu options because I had to enter and verify my account number whereas if I was calling from my account's phone number, I could have used that and it probably would have taken less time. I also liked the option of receiving a call back for updates on the situation if I had wanted updates.

I thought the IVR was easy to understand. Although it did cut out a few times. I am not sure if this was on my end or the IVRs.
