I thought that navigation was straightforward and it made it easy to find the relevant information I was looking for. The menu options that were presented were clear and logical making it possible to accomplish finding the relevant account information. I thought that location of the information made sense and it did not take much time to get to it.

I found the task to be user-friendly and the IVR worked as I expected it to. There was only one option for authentication (account number), it would have been nice to have multiple (such as a phone number and/or address) but it didn’t stop me from completing the task. I would feel good about using the IVR in the future to accomplish the same task.

I thought the tone of the voice was fine and I was glad that it remained consistent throughout the call. I was able to understand everything that was said.
