It felt like it took forever to finally pay my bill. There were several unnecessary steps that should be removed. For example, I selected to make a payment, then had to do it again in the next menu. I then had to confirm English (usually you just press 2 for Spanish and English is the default), then had to confirm all verification information. I wouldn't pay my bill over IVR every again and would rather go on the website.

While all the menus and steps were easy to follow, it wasn't the best functionality. All of a sudden I was switched to Kubra and it didn't say until the second line that this was related to Colorado Springs Utilities. This should be the first thing stated, not the second. I did appreciate being warned that I would need my account number and was given an option to receive it.

The first voice was good. However, once I was switched to Kubra, it was extremely robotic. This needs to be changed.
