We’re only two weeks away from the E Source Forum! We know you’ll have a blast while adding plenty of new tools to your toolbox to bring back home with you. Many of your favorite activities have returned for this year’s event along with some exciting new attractions—not to mention a few surprises we’ve hidden up our sleeve. Here are some of the things you can expect from this year’s special 35th annual event.

Stop by the E Source booth

You’re bound to be busy during Forum week, but we hope you get a chance to visit the E Source booth on the expo floor. By doing so, you’ll get a chance to meet our experts and pick their brains. Feeling overwhelmed with the selection of sessions? Our team is happy to help you plan out your week.

We’ll also have lots of information and E Source updates for you to digest while you’re there. Oh, and we can’t forget about prizes! Don’t miss your chance to win $500 and receive your complimentary gift while you’re at the booth.

Get highlights from the Forum agenda

Our agenda is filled to the brim with informative and insightful sessions, keynotes, and workshops—all designed to empower the Sustainable Utility. Here are a few highlights of what the week holds for attendees.

Happy birthday to us! Celebrate the Forum’s 35th birthday with some extra fun (but super secret) activities sprinkled throughout the week. Don’t bother trying to get us to spill the tea. You’ll just have to come and find out for yourself what’s in store!

Create your own learning experience with four topical tracks. This year’s agenda features sessions and workshops on topics that matter to you. Our four themes are:

  • Customer experience as a business imperative
  • Customer programs for the Sustainable Utility
  • Utility marketing and communications excellence
  • Distributed grid management

Interactive afternoon workshops. Get your proverbial hands dirty with an afternoon workshop to break up your busy day. These workshops are informal and a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with your peers to solve challenges facing the utility industry. We’ll have a variety of workshops to choose from to get your creativity flowing.

Explore the expo floor. Take a lap around the expo floor and get to know our exhibitors. Representatives from each company will be available to answer all your questions. While you’re there, help yourself to a complimentary coffee, headshot, or caricature in the Forum mall!

Wind down with some fun. Unwind after sessions by taking your pick from a variety of tours. Ride a scooter through Denver, dig into the best food in the city, sip on a flight of beer, sample some wine, or learn about the storied (and sometimes spooky) history of Denver.

Party like it’s 1999!

After a long day of learning and collaborating, you’ll be ready to blow off some steam with your peers. We’ve got a thrilling lineup of fun this year. We can’t reveal too much about what’s planned, but we’ve got some returning favorites you can get excited about.

Welcome back, Casino Night! We hope you join the party this year as we celebrate not only our momentous birthday but also the return of the beloved Casino Night on September 14. Following our annual exhibitor-sponsored cocktail hour, you’ll feel like you’ve been transported to Las Vegas as you immerse yourself in traditional casino games such as poker, blackjack, and roulette. Try your luck while enjoying a variety of passed appetizers and vivacious beverages, sponsored by our friends at NextEra 360.

You’re on at ping pong. Feeling competitive? Meet your (ping pong) match at Ace Eat Serve in Denver on September 15. Join our most popular Forum event for some Pan-Asian delights, cocktails, and good old-fashioned ping pong, sponsored by our friends at ICF and Walker Miller.

We can’t wait to see you at the Forum!
