Rachel Reiss Buckley has followed the rise of smart technologies as they have grown to enable customer-centric demand response and energy efficiency. She has also followed the evolution of demand-side management (DSM) departments as they transition into customer energy solutions teams. Today, as a member of the E Source senior team, Rachel collaborates with all E Source divisions to position the company as an essential utility partner. She works with cross-functional teams to determine the company’s strategy and engage clients with new solutions. Rachel has worked at E Source since 2000 and has an MS from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a BA from Colgate University.
