Mike Weedall, has more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining E Source, he was the vice president of Energy Efficiency at Bonneville Power Administration, where he was responsible for leading the organization's energy-efficiency and demand-response programs. Since then, he has consulted with a variety of clients regarding their demand-side management planning, program implementation, policy development, and monitoring and evaluation activities. In 2010, Mike was appointed by Secretary of Energy Steven Chu to serve as a member of the US Department of Energy's Electricity Advisory Committee. He has extensive experience with helping utilities and all levels of government in planning, developing, and implementing effective demand-side management, energy-efficiency, and customer service programs. He has also assisted organizations in incorporating finance elements into their energy-efficiency programs. Mike has also worked with Green Mountain Power Corp., Sacramento Municipal Utility District, the California Power Authority, and Pacific Energy Associates, a firm he established in 1985. He holds an MPA in public administration from the University of Arizona at Tucson and a BA in liberal arts from Northeastern University.
