Kim Neininger is an expert in helping businesses change. At E Source, she helps utilities with their digital business transformation business objectives related to advanced metering infrastructure, enterprise asset management, customer information, and geographical information systems. Kim uses Prosci change-management methodology, strategic alignment tools, and design workshops to help customers get results. In past roles, Kim provided strategy, organizational change, and business process management services to many firms implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) business systems. She holds an MS in organizational leadership with specialization in enterprise resource leadership and planning from Regis University.
