Joel Westvold, PMP, specializes in supporting business development and growth while continuing to support smart utility technology implementation projects. His 30 years of experience include serving as a senior manager for Portland General Electric and an executive manager for a technology solutions provider. Joel has led teams of engagement directors and project managers to deliver nearly 100 smart grid projects, including several projects with more than 1 million meters or endpoints. He holds an executive MBA from the University of Washington and a BS in chemical engineering from Oregon State University.
