Filomena (Fil) Gogel leads the management consulting division at E Source. Fil’s experience ranges from leading complete turnarounds of customer services operations to customer experience (CX) consulting. Prior to joining E Source, Fil held leadership roles at Public Service Electric & Gas (PSE&G) and Pacific Gas and Electric Co. (PG&E). She led the transformation of call center operations at both utilities; her changes resulted in top-quartile performance in cost and service quality. Her consulting background crosses several industries, include healthcare and life sciences. At KPMG LLP and Capgemini, she led customer services optimization projects; helped clients create, redesign, and implement their customer experience strategies; and assisted clients with sourcing strategies, contracting and transitioning to outsourced operating models. Her clients value her ability to help them create strategic visions; she excels at translating those visions into tactical execution to help her clients achieve their business objectives.
