Alissa uses dynamic market data to provide clients with actionable insights that help them create the optimal customer experience. She specializes in identifying emerging trends and creating a strategic plan for implementation of best practices. Her research experience spans over a decade of qualitative and quantitative methodologies in furthering customer experience and user experience, as well as process, product, and technology innovation. Alissa has extensive experience in agency and client-side research in government-regulated industries such as education, healthcare, and transportation. She has worked in private-sector research in animal behavioral sciences, automotive, and the financial industry in both domestic and international markets. In addition to project management, Alissa has experience facilitating and leading internal survey teams in the development of strategies to increase overall response rates through process mapping, implementation, and monitoring. She holds a BS in marketing and an MEd in marketing and business administration from Bowling Green State University.
